As implemented, Eight Eleven Group uses EZO AssetSonar alongside Zendesk to handle employee support requests, and the combined solution achieved a stated service outcome where 95 percent of employee requests receive a first response within one hour.

The rollout focused on consolidating the existing SharePoint register into the EZO AssetSonar repository and enabling scalable, automated tracking for laboratory and clinical assets.
