Functional capabilities implemented included personnel file management, compensation and benefits administration for programs such as GPA, GTL and GHS, performance appraisal and year end bonus and salary review workflows, recruitment support with selection tool administration and ad hoc HR metrics and headcount reporting.
Operational integrations and coverage emphasized regulatory and external reporting, HR Finance handoffs and third party coordination. The implementation supported monthly payroll reconciliation reporting to Finance and statutory filings to EPF, SOCSO and IRB, routine liaison with tax consultants for foreign workers and response workflows for inquiries from EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax.
