Operational coverage spanned front-line warehouse teams, sales order management, and accounting coordination, with the Super User working directly with the Accounting manager and Sales manager to follow up aged orders. The implementation supported end to end order lifecycles, from pickup scheduling through invoicing and payment issue handling, with procedures for inventory reconciliation and variance analysis.
