Allround Vegetable Processing | Manufacturing | 100 | $17M | Netherlands | ISAH Business software | ISAH Finance | ERP Financial | 2022 | n/a |
In 2022 Allround Vegetable Processing implemented ISAH Finance as part of an ISAH ERP Financial deployment to centralize financials and production insight across its Netherlands and India operations. Allround Vegetable Processing is a machine and equipment manufacturer founded in 1997 with a combined workforce of about 130 employees across two production sites, and prior to the implementation accounting was handled in Exact alongside Excel based processes.
The implementation encompassed ISAH Finance tightly integrated with the ISAH ERP core and Shop Floor Control, delivering inventory management, work in progress visibility, sales invoice processing, and time registration capabilities. ISAH Finance was implemented with a focus on a user friendly interface and multi language support to accommodate cross‑site adoption, and Allround is configuring a product configurator as the next functional extension.
Integrations and operational coverage include an existing integration path with the Cad & Company drawing program and planned analytics linkage to PowerBI, with further plans for Mobile Logistics and warehouse scanners. The rollout approach prioritized the Netherlands as the initial live site in 2022 while a phased launch in India is planned, reflecting a staged, location aware deployment model for production and warehouse functions.
Governance and process changes were guided by ISAH consultant recommended best practices, shifting effort earlier in the process to front loaded registration to enable real time insight. Reported outcomes include corrected stock accuracy, improved insight into open orders, hours worked, and materials consumed, a stabilized work in progress position, and faster sales invoice handling, and Allround has highlighted the ISAH support site as a strong element for ongoing operational support.

Beco Group | Manufacturing | 175 | $30M | Netherlands | ISAH Business software | ISAH Finance | ERP Financial | 2022 | n/a |
In 2022 Beco Group implemented ISAH Finance as its ERP Financial application to extend the companys existing ISAH footprint at the Vianen manufacturing site. The deployment targeted financial consolidation and operational costing workflows across the Modifications, Attachments and Transport departments and aligned with an established cadence of annual ISAH updates overseen by the internal ISAH specialist.
ISAH Finance was configured to support core financial modules typical of ERP Financial systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and period-end reporting, with specific emphasis on production order costing and month-end post-calculation. The implementation leveraged ISAH Finance to formalize labor and cost capture workflows that feed cost accounting, drawing on category-aligned capabilities for cost allocation, financial reporting and close orchestration.
The financial implementation was integrated with ISAH native modules already in use, notably Time Registration for employee hours on production orders and Shop Floor Control for production progress, plus the Outlook add-in and custom tabs and fields to capture order-level correspondence and bespoke data. These integrations preserved the one-to-one transfer of parts lists from the drawing package into ISAH, and linked hourly and shop floor data to ISAH Finance for more accurate order costing across approximately 6500 annual production orders.
Governance and rollout were structured around a cross-departmental ISAH working group, annual supervised software updates, and an internal training program including ISAH e-learnings for new hires. The program included a cleanup effort after an update that removed a large volume of unused presets, reports and scripts, and operational outcomes explicitly included elimination of manual retyping of hours, reduced booking errors in time registration and the move from yearly to monthly post-calculation of production costs.

BOERplay | Manufacturing | 75 | $15M | Netherlands | ISAH Business software | ISAH Finance | ERP Financial | 2022 | n/a |
In 2022 BOERplay documented its ISAH Finance implementation, leveraging ISAH Finance as an ERP Financial application to centralize and streamline its corporate financial administration. The implementation narrative covers BOERplay as the parent of BOER Belgium BVBA, BOERplay GmbH, BOERurban and VISSERgroen, with finance processes consolidated into a single ERP Financial package.
The deployment implemented core financial ledger capabilities, month end reporting and analysis, and the Consolidation module for rolling up multiple legal entities. ISAH Finance was configured to provide unified reporting and to replace a prior mix of Isah logistics, AccountView and Exact Online workflows, enabling analyses and reports to be produced from a single system.
Integrations were explicitly established with Easy Systems to enable automatic, digital purchase invoice capture and routed approval workflows, while previously separate journals and exports from multiple packages were consolidated into ISAH Finance. Operational coverage included the central finance team led by Andreas Nederveen, who is responsible for Finance, HR and IT, and extended to processing of VISSERgroen accounts that were brought into the central team’s remit.
Governance changes included automating invoice approvals and instrumenting continuous visibility of invoice status to support intra-month closing. BOERplay reported efficiency improvements and a headcount reduction in transactional booking from 2 FTE to 1 FTE after moving to ISAH Finance, and the company plans to onboard BOER Belgium into ISAH Finance to use the Consolidation module and to enable Power BI supported reporting and audits.

Devapo | Manufacturing | 50 | $6M | Netherlands | ISAH Business software | ISAH Finance | ERP Financial | 2021 | n/a |
In 2021, Devapo implemented ISAH Finance as part of a broader Isah Business Software deployment, initiating a targeted ERP Financial program following a 2020 process mapping exercise led by ERP project manager Frans van Grotel. The implementation scope covered Devapo’s Asten operations with 50+ employees and multiple legal entities, aiming to support production, customization, service and sales-to-invoice processes across its Dutch organization and its German and Belgian companies.
The technical deployment centered on the ISAH Finance application together with integrated Isah modules, specifically Mobile Field Service and the Supply Chain Integrator, to establish a single-stock production database and an integrated engineering program. Functional capabilities configured include financial ledger processing, service planning and monitoring, time and material capture for field engineers, stock replenishment workflows, and support for custom product configuration and production modifications.
Integrations were scoped to exchange data automatically with Devapo’s CAD application and to expose order progress and product availability through a customer portal, with the Supply Chain Integrator configured to drive automated replenishment between service vehicle inventories and the central production database. The Mobile Field Service module provides field technicians with assignment visibility and direct registration of consumed materials, costs and hours, and the team planned to use the SCSN standard for automated communication between service and production inventories.
Governance and rollout followed a phased approach, rolling out essential processes first and scheduling numerous training sessions for designated Isah key users, with the project team targeting a live date in September 2022. Project leadership remained with the internal ERP project manager, and configuration priorities emphasized flexibility to support multiple BVs and the bespoke manufacturing variants Devapo produces.
Devapo articulated explicit goals for the ISAH Finance implementation, aiming to eliminate island automation, consolidate previously fragmented service and time registration systems into an integrated single-supplier solution, and enable automated data exchange across production, service and sales channels. The implementation narrative positions ISAH Finance within the ERP Financial category as the backbone for end-to-end process coordination from engineering and production through service and invoicing.

Doeko | Manufacturing | 50 | $7M | Netherlands | ISAH Business software | ISAH Finance | ERP Financial | 2019 | n/a |
In 2019 Doeko implemented ISAH Finance as part of its ISAH ERP footprint to strengthen financial management and transactional control. Doeko is a Netherlands based metal industry manufacturer operating from Weurt with 50 employees and has been an Isah customer since 2000, positioning ISAH Finance inside an existing manufacturing ERP landscape.
The ISAH Finance deployment at Doeko centers on core financial modules typical of ERP Financial implementations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and financial reporting, with configuration to support cost accounting for complex product compositions. The implementation was aligned to production-aware costing needs, enabling finance processes to reflect the multi-component bills of materials and production routing data used by the shop floor.
Operational integrations and extensions are evident in Doekos approach, Doeko retains a custom barcode scanning application and shop floor planning visualization that interoperate with the Isah environment. The company is actively exploring Shop Floor Control and a planned link between Isah and its webshop expected in October, as well as PDM and CAD integration options and machine connectivity projects including an AGV pilot, indicating a roadmap to broaden data flows between finance, production and customer order channels.
Governance has been centralized under an internal ERP manager who acts as the primary point of contact for ISAH Finance and ongoing enhancements, with a deliberate move toward closer adherence to the vendor standard to reduce bespoke development. The implementation has delivered explicit operational benefits reported by Doeko, notably better insight into processes, the ability to answer customer questions rapidly and improved accuracy in estimating production lead times, all while maintaining internal control over additional functionality development.
