Allround Vegetable Processing | Manufacturing | 100 | $17M | Netherlands | ISAH Business software | ISAH Shop Floor Control | Manufacturing Execution System | 2022 | n/a |
In 2022, Allround Vegetable Processing implemented ISAH Shop Floor Control as part of its broader ISAH ERP adoption. ISAH Shop Floor Control is a Manufacturing Execution System deployed to provide real-time shop floor visibility at the company’s Netherlands production location with a planned phased rollout to its India site. The deployment was selected for multi-language support and a user interface designed for production operatives and cross-site staff.
The implementation configured core shop floor capabilities including work in progress tracking, time registration for hours worked, material consumption recording and inventory accuracy controls, combined with sales invoicing workflows and native integration to ISAH Finance. Data capture workflows were configured to require registration earlier in the process, shifting effort to the front of operations to enable continuous, real-time status rather than end-of-process reconciliation. The project roadmap includes a product configurator to support engineered-to-order lines and further refinement of Shop Floor Control processes.
Confirmed integrations and platform connectivity include the ISAH integration with the Cad & Company drawing program and planned PowerBI connectivity for dashboards. Operational coverage at go-live spanned production, finance and warehouse functions in the Netherlands, with Mobile Logistics and scanner-driven warehouse workflows slated as subsequent phases. The system’s multi-language UI and simplified screens were important for adoption across Dutch and Indian teams.
Implementation governance used ISAH consultants applying ISAH best practice configuration guidance to simplify design decisions and accelerate user onboarding for staff with limited ERP experience. Process governance changed to emphasize front-line data entry and standardized WIP reconciliation rules, improving transparency into open orders, actual hours, materials consumed and stock accuracy. Reported outcomes since go-live include materially improved shop floor insight, more accurate inventory and streamlined sales invoicing, with incremental feature rollouts planned over time.

Beco Group | Manufacturing | 175 | $30M | Netherlands | ISAH Business software | ISAH Shop Floor Control | Manufacturing Execution System | 2018 | n/a |
In 2018 Beco Group implemented ISAH Shop Floor Control as part of its Manufacturing Execution System rollout to improve shop floor visibility and order tracking. The deployment focused on shop floor operations across the Modifications, Attachments and Transport departments and addressed a production environment generating roughly 6,500 production orders per year, aligning Shop Floor Control with Beco Group’s existing ISAH application landscape.
ISAH Shop Floor Control was configured to include time registration for draftsmen and other staff to record hours directly against production order numbers, custom tabs and fields to capture nonstandard data, and an overview of current sales orders to surface open orders and unsigned confirmations by department. The implementation preserved extensive in-house scripting and reporting practices, with Beco staff creating presets, scripts and reports while supervising periodic configuration cleanup to avoid unused customizations.
Integrations implemented with the ISAH environment included the Outlook add-in to attach email correspondence to orders for traceability, and ongoing alignment with the company’s drawing to parts-list transfer processes that underpin order creation. Beco Group planned a subsequent rollout of ISAH Finance to sit alongside Shop Floor Control, maintaining a contiguous ERP and execution layer within the ISAH suite.
Governance was formalized through a cross-departmental ISAH working group that vets new scripts, reports and fields, and through annual software updates overseen by a long-tenured ISAH specialist at Beco Group. Reported operational outcomes included elimination of manual retyping of timesheets, improved accuracy and booking of hours to the correct production orders, and faster manager verification of hours, enhancing order-level labor visibility.

Carnehl Fahrzeugbau Pattensen | Manufacturing | 250 | $38M | Germany | ISAH Business software | ISAH Shop Floor Control | Manufacturing Execution System | 2023 | n/a |
In 2023, Carnehl Fahrzeugbau implemented ISAH Shop Floor Control as part of an Isah ERP foundation. ISAH Shop Floor Control is the Manufacturing Execution System governing digital, paperless production control across both Pattensen and Wittstock/Dosse sites and supporting more than 250 employees.
The deployment centralizes processes from order acceptance to engineering, purchasing, production and service, with Isah ERP providing the transactional backbone. Functional modules deployed include Isah Mobile Logistics for incoming goods and warehouse digitization, CAD/PDM integration into the ERP to maintain up-to-date parts lists, and the online product configurator which generates production bills of materials for standardized configurable vehicles.
Product data flows from CAD/PDM into Isah ERP and is forwarded to ISAH Shop Floor Control for shop floor orchestration, enabling digital work orders and paperless production control. The Supply Chain Integrator component was implemented to coordinate processes between the two locations and to enable automated cooperation with suppliers and customers, while purchasing can trigger long lead procurement based on expected orders in the pipeline.
Governance and rollout emphasized a single data management system to enable cross-company work and standardized processes across both sites, with Isah transferring Carnehl data into the ERP during final validation. Carnehl expects efficiency gains from digitalized warehouse and production workflows and positions ISAH Shop Floor Control and Isah ERP as the foundation for further growth and continued process digitalization.

Casaro Furniture Production | Manufacturing | 65 | $6M | Netherlands | ISAH Business software | ISAH Shop Floor Control | Manufacturing Execution System | 2020 | n/a |
In 2020, Casaro Furniture Production implemented ISAH Shop Floor Control as part of its Manufacturing Execution System strategy, aligning the application with a company priority to increase automation and reduce administrative overhead across roughly 65 production employees and about 10 office staff. The deployment complements an existing ISAH ERP estate maintained since 2003 and reflects a staged modernization approach tied to ISAH version updates.
ISAH Shop Floor Control was configured to support standard MES capabilities typical for the manufacturing environment, including shop floor data capture, work order tracking, and production scheduling, with a deliberate effort to replace historical customizations with out of the box ISAH functionality where feasible. Configuration and testing practices were emphasized, VDS historically completing ISAH updates in one to one and a half days when changes were incremental, and expanding testing where custom code remained.
Integration work centered on chain integration using ISAHs Supply Chain Integrator and the functionality delivered in ISAH version 5.4, which VDS adopted at the end of 2019. Initial integrations enabled customer systems to read VDS order confirmations and invoices directly, and the next planned integration step is to ingest customer orders into ISAH to drive automatic order release to the shop floor. As part of the integration scope, master data harmonization and aligning article numbers to customer references were completed prior to go live.
Governance and operational ownership are centralized under the Head of Administration, who also serves as ISAH application manager, with regular roadmap and prioritization sessions held with an ISAH Business Consultant. Rollout planning for ISAH Shop Floor Control follows a checklist driven approach to identify required basic components and organizational preparatory work, and planned expansions include further Shop Floor Control rollout and adoption of ISAH Finance to extend back office automation. Reported business intent for the implementation is increased efficiency through automation of repetitive administrative tasks and closer chain integration with customers.

Coppens Metaal-techniek | Manufacturing | 20 | $3M | Netherlands | ISAH Business software | ISAH Shop Floor Control | Manufacturing Execution System | 2017 | n/a |
Coppens Metaal-techniek became an ISAH customer in 2017 and later deployed ISAH Shop Floor Control as part of its Manufacturing Execution System strategy. The engagement began with an internal stabilization phase after going live with ISAH, followed by phased adoption of shop floor and mobile capabilities to support production and service workflows.
The implementation footprint included ISAH Shop Floor Control alongside Mobile Field Service and Isah PowerBI for KPI visualization, using the Manufacturing Execution System to capture shop floor events, coordinate production schedules, and feed operational dashboards. Configuration emphasized standard workflows and data hygiene so that production orders, work orders and capture of transactional shop floor data could be processed consistently by the ERP and visualized in PowerBI.
Integration work centered on chain communication via the SCSN network, going live with SCSN in 2022 to automate procurement messages with metal wholesaler MCB. Purchase orders are exchanged digitally and processed automatically in ISAH, unit mismatches were resolved through a supplier-side conversion table, and initial testing and adjustments were validated through synchronous sessions before production cutover. ISAH acted as the SCSN Service Provider which simplified routing and ensured messages arriving via SCSN were handled logically within the ERP workflow.
Governance and rollout followed a supplier-first approach to limit complexity, with an ISAH consultant guiding mapping of SCSN fields and workflow alignment. Coppens planned incremental scope expansion to digitize order confirmations and invoices and to add multiple suppliers and a handful of customers to SCSN, with documented benefits already realized including faster order submission deadlines, reduced manual processing for trading partners, more efficient collaboration, lower error potential, and redeployment of staff time from administrative tasks to customer-facing work.
