In 2021, Integris Group implemented ISI Enterprise as its Insurance Policy Administration platform. The deployment in Connecticut, United States was executed as a phased implementation to run end-to-end insurance operations including accounting, policy administration, billing, claims, and reinsurance.
The rollout sequencing began with Policy Administration, with Accounting going live within 11 weeks of that start, and then progressed to consolidated Policy and Billing, followed by Claims and Reinsurance modules inside ISI Enterprise. The implementation centralized core policy administration, billing, claims handling, reinsurance accounting, and premium accounting functionality, and required reconfiguration of underwriting, finance, billing, and claims workflows to align with a unified platform. Governance used a phased go-live cadence to limit cross-functional disruption and to streamline operations across underwriting, finance, billing, and claims teams.
