In 2022, Jacy'z Hotel & Resort contracted NetNordic to provision NetNordic Hosting as its Application Hosting and Computing Services platform. NetNordic was chosen as the total supplier and delivered a cloud-based hosted platform that went live when the hotel opened in fall 2022.
The NetNordic Hosting deployment provides Wi‑Fi, managed networking, cloud IPTV, digital signage and AV services, delivered as a fully hosted service so the hotel has no operational responsibility for maintenance or upgrades. The architecture is a cloud-hosted platform operated and maintained by NetNordic, consolidating connectivity, media distribution and audiovisual orchestration under a single managed service. Functional modules implemented focus on guest connectivity, conference networking and in-property media channels.
Operational scope covers guest services and conference facilities across the resort and shifts operational responsibility for maintenance and upgrades to NetNordic, leaving hotel teams focused on operations and guest experience. The governance model assigns supplier ownership for platform maintenance and lifecycle updates while the hotel consumes the service as a hosted offering. The hosted solution delivered predictable costs and reliable guest and conference connectivity when it went live in fall 2022.
