In 2018, Alticap implemented NinjaRMM as its Endpoint Management solution. Alticap NinjaRMM Endpoint Management was deployed to provide first level support for VSE and SME clients, centralizing remote monitoring and management for client server infrastructure hosted on site or in OnlyCloud secure cloud.

Administrative workflows for Office 365 and Exchange Server 2010 and 2013, as well as backup routines using Veeam Backup and Altaro Hyper-V Backup, are coordinated with the endpoint management layer, while telecom and internet access support remain part of the operational scope.
The rollout focused on centralizing alerting and standardizing first level support workflows within Alticap's support organization, aligning endpoint operations with network, backup, and email administration.
