The estate ran on IBM Power i infrastructure with high availability tooling, BRMS and tape libraries, data replication via Smartdata, and security controls such as iSecurity and system hardening to support operational resilience.
Governance and rollout were led from the application management function, including key user training, GDPR system administration, and ongoing application support and performance optimization.
