In 2015, Bel deployed One2Team, now Sciforma Deliver, to manage its Research, Innovation & Development NPI and innovation portfolio across France and its global brands. Bel used One2Team as its Project Portfolio Management platform to centralize project intake, prioritization and portfolio-level visibility for R&D and brand innovation teams.
Implementation focused on explicit innovation portfolio management capabilities, with configuration for risk and key-deliverable tracking and governance workflows to support standard NPI gates and approval stages.
