Technical architecture centered on the MIMOS platform, an integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and OpenText Metastorm BPM, with a .NET integration framework developed in C# to surface BPM-driven workflows inside CRM. Supporting components included SQL Server data stores and WCF Web Services, and the program delivered complementary Windows Store Apps built with XAML and C# to support end user interactions and system integration points.
