In 2021, Bank Spółdzielczy w Szczytnie went into production with Pivotal SFInX to support retail product sales and to automate and standardize debt collection processes. In 2019 Gospodarczy Bank Spoldzielczy W Barlinku Poland implemented Pivotal SFInX within its Sales Automation strategy to accelerate retail credit workflows. In 2023 O.K. Bank Poland implemented Pivotal SFInX as a Sales Automation solution to automate retail loan sales and end-to-end credit handling.
