LBC Express | Transportation | 11000 | $241M | Philippines | Ramco Systems | Ramco Logistics | Logistics Management | 2020 | n/a |
In 2020, LBC Express embarked on an enterprise wide digital transformation and began deploying Ramco Logistics from Ramco Systems as its Logistics Management platform. The implementation was scoped to consolidate transportation, warehousing and order management for parcel and courier operations into a single application platform.
The Ramco Logistics deployment included explicit module level sequencing, with Customer Relationship Management module going live in July 2020, Ramco Warehouse Management Module and Ramco Enterprise Asset Management arriving in August 2020, and the Ramco Transport Management Module going live in September 2020. Ramco Logistics was implemented to provide end to end functional coverage for order management, warehouse operations, transport planning and asset lifecycle management while leveraging the previously implemented Ramco human resources module from the second quarter of 2017.
The program ran alongside Interblocks systems as part of the enterprise wide program, and the Ramco Logistics rollout was positioned to standardize processes for parcel, courier, forwarding and third party logistics workflows. Operational coverage focused on the logistics segment of the business and spanned transportation operations, fulfillment and warehouse sites, and order management desks.
Governance emphasized standardization onto one technology and application platform to eliminate redundancy in operations and to achieve data integrity and scope for planning and optimization. Deployment sequencing began in the third quarter of 2020 and followed a module by module governance and rollout plan aligned to business function owners and operational priorities.

MMC Corporation | Banking and Financial Services | 15000 | $3.8B | Malaysia | Ramco Systems | Ramco Logistics | Logistics Management | 2021 | n/a |
In 2021 MMC Corporation Berhad implemented Ramco Logistics as part of a group wide Logistics Management deployment across five Malaysian ports, delivered by Ramco Systems. The rollout covered Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd, Johor Port Berhad, Northport Malaysia Bhd, Penang Port Sdn Bhd and Tanjung Bruas Port Sdn Bhd, and was framed as an integrated enterprise program to consolidate and standardize port processes across the group.
The implementation of Ramco Logistics and the broader integrated ERP architecture consolidated Finance, Human Resource, Enterprise Asset Management, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics Management into a single platform and dashboard. Ramco Logistics was configured to provide real time business information and mobile access for operational and support staff, and the solution inventory includes smart features such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning driven predictive alerts and chatbot assistance to surface insights and reduce human error.
Operational coverage explicitly included more than 8,000 MMC employees across the five ports, with access on computers and mobile devices to eliminate duplication and reduce bottlenecks. The program built on an earlier Ramco ERP go live at Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, using that deployment as the blueprint for extending common transactional and supervisory workflows across terminals and shared support functions.
Governance and process changes focused on consolidation of business support functions into a single integrated ERP system and an integrated dashboard to enable standardized workflows and centralized visibility. The public program statement cited outcomes such as elimination of duplication errors, enhanced data visibility, improved efficiency of business processes, and the use of predictive features to support faster turnarounds and stronger resilience against supply chain disruptions.
