The deployment targeted 13 Australian entities and 4 New Zealand entities and included the migration and validation of employee data from four state databases in NSW, VIC, WA, and QLD to a unified Sage People instance.
Sage People implementation included core functional modules and custom objects for Team Member, Employment History, Salary History, Applications, and Jobs, plus configuration for performance management, change requests, leave management and entitlements, and reporting. Technical work included app builder and flow manager changes, Apex code fixes and development for five objects, and installation and maintenance of Conga Composer and Conga Sign packages to support document generation and signing workflows.
The architecture leveraged the Salesforce Platform ecosystem with API-driven data mapping and interfaces, explicitly integrating with PageUp and DRIVE systems and with learning and payroll systems for downstream data exchange. Implementation activity documented mapping of tables per provided APIs from solution architects and included periodic data validation checks to ensure integrity of data flows between Sage People Work@transdev and downstream systems.
Governance and operationalization centered on vendor engagement with Sage as the platform vendor, technical stewardship by internal People Analytics and Employee Information Systems leads, and structured documentation.
