In 2020 Perenti Global deployed Scope Systems PLODtrack as an Asset Performance Management application, executing a regional ERP and APM program across six West African countries. The implementation was part of an ERP program that moved from Pulse to Pronto Xi and Scope Systems PLODtrack, with country rollouts staged from May to October across Ghana, Guinea, Cote D’Ivoire, Senegal, Burkina Faso, and Mali.
The technical implementation included production of technical and functional specifications and architectural systems design for Scope Systems PLODtrack, with configuration focused on standard Asset Performance Management capabilities such as asset register consolidation, maintenance scheduling and work order workflows. Project activity referenced configuration, SME support, and deployment tasks consistent with APM deployments, and included movement of ten Pronto data sets to a new server to support integrated operations.
Integrations centered on operational coupling between Pronto Xi ERP landscapes and Scope Systems PLODtrack, plus server migration and data consolidation activities to establish a consistent transactional and asset data model across sites.
