In 2025, Agencia NVM Mexico implemented SmartBiz ERP to centralize sales, invoicing and customer records for its creative and digital agency operations in Monterrey. The SmartBiz ERP platform, categorized as ERP Financial, was deployed as an integrated ERP, CRM and CMS solution by SmartBiz for a 25 employee agency serving clients in Mexico.

Ecommerce and CMS functionality was configured to publish client facing portfolios and to support online order management and payment processing within the unified application.

Operational coverage included sales, billing and service delivery teams based in Monterrey and administrative finance users operating in Mexico.
Rollout was staged by module, sequencing CRM adoption followed by finance billing and then ecommerce publishing, with role based access controls and defined invoice approval workflows to enforce governance. AVC Cranes and Equipment | Manufacturing | 10 | $2M | Vietnam | SmartBiz | SmartBiz ERP | ERP Financial | 2021 | n/a |
In 2021, AVC Cranes and Equipment implemented SmartBiz ERP, deploying an ERP Financial application together with SmartBiz IoT to digitize equipment management across its Vietnamese factories. The implementation targeted shop floor monitoring, preventive maintenance and asset management for the company’s manufacturing operations.
SmartBiz ERP was configured to manage equipment records, preventive maintenance scheduling and maintenance work order orchestration, while SmartBiz IoT supplied real time machine telemetry and event streams into the ERP. The deployment integrated telemetry driven alerts with maintenance workflows so that condition data generated automated service triggers and shifted manual logging to systemized work order creation.
Operational coverage spanned AVC Cranes factories in Vietnam, with primary business functions impacted including maintenance, production operations and asset management. Data flows were consolidated on the ERP Financial platform to provide unified equipment histories and service records for frontline technicians and production supervisors.
Governance changes emphasized standardized maintenance processes and embedding telemetry into the enterprise record to reduce manual work and improve visibility, as documented in the Vietnam case study. The case study reports reduced manual work, real time machine telemetry and measurable production and maintenance improvements following the SmartBiz ERP and SmartBiz IoT rollout.

Vinamilk | Consumer Packaged Goods | 9926 | $2.4B | Vietnam | SmartBiz | SmartBiz ERP | ERP Financial | 2021 | n/a |
In 2021 Vinamilk implemented SmartBiz ERP as an ERP Financial solution and commissioned a companywide rollout that connected factory operations to warehouse systems and corporate headquarters. The deployment was positioned to address previously manual controls and fragmented departmental tools such as Excel and FoxPro, bringing a single system of record for finance, production, distribution, warehousing and customer relations.
The SmartBiz ERP implementation delivered core ERP Financial capabilities including a dedicated accounting module designed to reduce transactional errors, inventory and order processing logic that updates delivery schedules and customer credit information in real time, and production and distribution management functions to synchronize production scheduling with fulfillment. SmartBiz ERP was presented as a unified business management platform that consolidated data flows and enabled consistent order processing, inventory visibility and financial reporting across business units.
Integrations and operational connectivity were an explicit part of the deployment, enabling distributors to connect to the management system via Microsoft software and Solomon, and via internet links to SAP program interfaces, while field sales and distributor agents using PDA software developed by FPT could update transactions directly to the central system. The implementation therefore extended operational coverage from factories and warehouses to distributor points of sale and field sales processes, enabling near real time information sharing across the supply chain.
Governance and process changes accompanied the technical implementation, with finance and accounting processes reorganized around clearer decentralization, stricter control over transactional flows, and standardized IT infrastructure. After eight months of companywide use the program reported improved coordination between sales and distribution, reduced accounting risk, consolidated and synchronized IT infrastructure, and more transparent centralized management and data access supported by SmartBiz ERP.
