Eishtec | Professional Services | 2500 | $500M | Ireland | Snom Technology | Snom VoiP | PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems | 2016 | n/a |
In 2016, Eishtec implemented Snom VoiP as its enterprise telephony platform, deploying a solution categorized as PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems to support 1st and 2nd level technical support for Home Broadband and Mobile Phone customer service agents. The deployment served a 2,500 employee professional services organization and was positioned to handle day to day telephony operations and device level support across contact center and field support workflows.
The Snom VoiP implementation emphasized device provisioning and handset management for SNOM endpoints, call handling and queueing capabilities common to PBX platforms, and administrative user provisioning for telephony accounts. Configuration work included user and password management for telephony access, handset firmware management and telephone feature configuration to align with agent workflows and call routing requirements.
Operational integration centered on telecommunications operating alongside in house software and client applications hosted through Citrix, requiring diagnostics across endpoint hardware such as laptops, thin clients, PCs and printers. The support scope explicitly included SNOM telephony support as part of incident handling, and the telephony platform was treated as a core component within broader incident and problem workflows involving escalation to specialized support teams when required.
Governance focused on formalized incident management and problem management processes, adherence to client operational procedures, and ownership of tickets to prioritize workload and minimize downtime in order to meet service KPIs. Rollout and ongoing operations remained tightly integrated with site access control, print management and standard IT administration activities to maintain continuity for customer service operations.

Evangelisches Krankenhaus Goettingen-Weende Germany | Healthcare | 1600 | $130M | Germany | Snom Technology | Snom VoiP | PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems | 2018 | UCware |
In 2018, Evangelisches Krankenhaus Goettingen-Weende in Germany implemented Snom VoiP in the PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems category. The deployment provisioned Snom DECT and IP handsets D315, D345 and M65 and Snom M700 multi cell base stations to extend DECT coverage and IP telephony across hospital sites.
Snom VoiP was configured to support DECT telephony for mobile clinical staff and IP desk handsets for stationary workstations, aligning telephony and staff mobility workflows. Functional capabilities implemented included campus roaming for DECT handsets, handset provisioning and centralized call routing typical of PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems implementations.
The rollout was delivered with UCware as implementation partner, with a focus on healthcare operations and telephony for clinical communications. Operational coverage spanned sites of this regional hospital in Lower Saxony and targeted nursing and clinical communications functions.
The vendor case study documents DECT and IP telephony usage and reports improved reachability and reduced reliance on pager and ISDN voice paths. Governance and rollout responsibilities were partner led through deployment and then transitioned to the hospital communications operations team.

Paradies Touristik Switzerland | Leisure and Hospitality | 30 | $6M | Switzerland | Snom Technology | Snom VoiP | PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems | 2011 | Cinehaus Germany |
In 2011 Paradies Touristik Switzerland deployed Snom VoiP to modernize guestroom and reception telephony at its luxury hotel in Ftan, Switzerland. The Snom VoiP rollout is classified under PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems and focused on hospitality front desk and guest services communications.
The deployment architecture included Snom endpoints consisting of five Snom 821 phones and one Snom 870 phone installed as part of an Asterisk/Xorcom PBX replacement, with VoIP trunking implemented to carry inbound and outbound voice traffic. Functional capabilities implemented aligned with PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems norms, including handset provisioning, call routing for reception and guestrooms, and trunking to external carriers to reduce telephony costs and improve reliability.
Integrator Cinehaus Germany managed the implementation and reported a rapid cutover, handling device provisioning and system configuration on the Asterisk/Xorcom PBX and executing a successful property management system integration to support front desk workflows and guest services. Operational coverage was single site, covering reception and guestroom telephony and tying handset-level controls into hospitality operational workflows.
Governance and rollout were delivered by the integrator, with Cinehaus reporting the cutover and PMS integration milestones as completed. The project explicitly reduced telephony costs via VoIP trunking and improved reliability, as reported by the integrator, with the Snom VoiP solution providing the hotel with a modernized PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems platform for ongoing guest communications.
