Ctg Brasil Brazil | Utilities | 800 | $1.1B | Brazil | SoftExpert Software | SoftExpert BPM | Business Process Management | 2017 | n/a |
In 2017, CTG Brasil deployed SoftExpert BPM across its power generation division. The implementation used SoftExpert BPM in the Business Process Management category to centralize and automate activities across Health & Safety, Environment, IMS, Asset Management, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, and Civil Engineering and Dam Safety.

More than 800 actions were being managed within the first two months, with new portals and dashboards improving operational visibility and control of task status.
This was a rapid BPM rollout in Brazil, with configuration emphasis on process automation and performance monitoring rather than on broad system integrations. CTG Brasil planned expansion to Energy Commercialization and to additional SoftExpert modules including document management and performance management.
Governance centered on centralized process control and standardized workflows to improve cross-functional coordination between safety, engineering, asset management and O&M teams. The SoftExpert BPM deployment established a platform for phased module expansion and centralized operational reporting across the power generation division.

Governance changes included formalized process ownership, standardized workflow approvals and centralized operational control to support scalability and repeatable deployments.
