The deployment positioned Softworks Clocking Systems as the primary time capture and workforce management platform for the operator's employee timekeeping.
The implementation included configuration of electronic clocking and centralized time collection, with roster management, shift scheduling and absence monitoring configured to align with Time and Attendance operational needs. Functional workflows were structured to support HR and operations processes, consolidating crew rostering and daily attendance tracking across depots and service teams.
Governance and rollout were executed by the vendor-supported project team together with Dublin Bus business systems stakeholders, with direct feedback from Gemma O’Brien, Business Systems Executive, who said I wanted to give some feedback in relation to the recent upgrade of our Softworks system.
