Governance shifted to an owner led rebuild model where each subject matter expert configured and validated their module, standard reports were adopted in place of prior customizations, and scheduled report trails were used to verify sequence and completeness of restored records. City of Texarkana continues working to regenerate its full 2020 financial dataset while operating on the Springbrook Cirrus Cloud Government ERP platform, retaining familiar workflows and reporting while gaining cloud based access and enterprise level security.
