Avod Consumer Packaged Goods 90 $9M Oman Suprema Suprema FaceStation F2 Time Clock (Hardware) 2019 Elite International
In 2019 Avod deployed Suprema FaceStation F2 as a site-level Time & Attendance solution in Rusayl, Muscat. The rollout used Suprema FaceStation F2 alongside Suprema FaceStation 2 hardware equipped with a thermal camera, provisioned as Time Clock (Hardware) endpoints to enable contactless clocking for more than 1000 employees and to strengthen secure entry controls. Devices were provisioned as on-premises biometric terminals, leveraging face recognition and thermal sensing to capture attendance events and to support HR and time and attendance processes. Configuration covered user enrollment, schedule and shift capture at the device level, and local event logging for downstream payroll and workforce management workflows. The architecture emphasized site-level orchestration of hardware endpoints and device provisioning rather than a pure cloud-only attendance collection model. The implementation was delivered by Elite International Information Systems LLC, responsible for device deployment, enrollment, and onsite commissioning across the Rusayl site. The deployment improved workforce management and provided site-level contactless access during COVID-era operations, aligning attendance capture with HR and facility security workflows.
Nomura Real Estate Development Manufacturing 10 $1M Japan Suprema Suprema FaceStation F2 Time Clock (Hardware) 2021 Tenpo
In 2021, Nomura Real Estate Development deployed Suprema FaceStation F2 as a contactless identification solution for its H¹O shared office sites, listed under the Time Clock (Hardware) Apps Category. The deployment addressed a need to centralize operations and reduce touchpoints for tenants while preserving building security, noting that since 2019 the site had been using FaceStation 2 which required physical contact during enrollment. Suprema FaceStation F2 was selected to enable contactless enrollment and access control without requiring administrators to meet tenants face to face. The installation included one hundred units of Suprema FaceStation F2 at the Shin-Osaka H¹O branch, supplemented by DM-20 parcel locker units, BioStation L2-OM, CoreStation, OM-120 modules, and XPass S2M-V2 devices. BioStar 2 Professional was implemented as the central management software to centrally control, manage, and monitor all access points and tenant common services. FaceStation F2 was configured to accelerate facial enrollment workflows and to support day to day access authentication across main entrances, tenant office doors, and parcel lockers. Architecturally, FaceStation F2 units were RS-485 wired to the parcel locking system and to an intrusion alarm panel, while CoreStation was installed to orchestrate automatic doors and emergency exits. The system integration focused on synchronized control between biometric readers, parcel lockers, output modules, and alarm inputs to create cohesive building access and delivery workflows. Tenpo Planning acted as the implementation partner coordinating hardware provisioning and on site integration activities. Operational governance centralized access and delivery event logging through BioStar 2, enabling building managers to monitor tenant access data and parcel delivery and shipping records from a unified console. The solution established H¹O as a contact free zone and delivered the explicit benefits stated by the customer, including reduced touchpoints, enhanced building wide security through centralized management, and an easier enrollment process for tenants. Approval to expand Suprema’s facial recognition solution to additional H¹O branches followed the Shin-Osaka rollout.
Salisbury Poultry Distribution 600 $118M United Kingdom Suprema Suprema FaceStation F2 Time Clock (Hardware) 2024 Timeware UK
In 2024, Salisbury Poultry implemented Suprema FaceStation F2 as a Time Clock (Hardware) solution to standardize biometric time capture and door control across its UK operations. The deployment covered HR Time & Attendance and access control functions across Salisbury Poultry’s UK sites, provisioning 20 attendance points and 52 access points to support biometric attendance for 1000+ employees. The implementation used Suprema FaceStation F2 devices alongside FaceStation F2-DB terminals, configured for facial recognition enrollment, on-device template storage, and real-time attendance capture to feed centralized time records. Configuration emphasized timekeeping and access modules typical of Time Clock (Hardware) systems, including terminal provisioning, scheduled shift capture, and on-site authentication workflows intended to reduce queues at shift changes and improve payroll accuracy. Timeware UK integrated Suprema’s BioStar 2 platform with multiple Suprema devices, including FaceStation F2-DB, to centralize device management and attendance data aggregation. BioStar 2 acted as the orchestration layer connecting distributed terminals across the company sites, enabling unified workforce management and lowering administrative overhead through consolidated event logs and device synchronization. Governance focused on GDPR-compliant biometric attendance, with enrollment and data handling processes tailored for UK data protection requirements. The rollout centralized HR and security workflows, updating access control and attendance processes to streamline operations, ensure compliant biometric use, and reduce manual administration as stated by the implementation notes.
