Governance and process changes standardized email security policies and incident handling across client engagements, enabling Exponant to package and sell a locally hosted SEG-backed offering. Operational ownership was concentrated in Vox Telecom IT while day to day infrastructure management and service delivery were offloaded to Synaq, creating a vendor managed security services governance model and centralized archival retention policies. The deployment strengthened Vox Telecoms product offering for customers and removed internal email infrastructure management burden by transferring hosting and operational responsibility to Synaq.
