Functional capabilities implemented included biometric time and attendance capture, door access control using fingerprint readers, and physical turnstile integration in key site areas, with all event and template data consolidated into TimeLOG Web.
Architecturally the solution relied on a hosted central TimeLOG Web platform to overcome device template capacity constraints, since individual time and attendance devices store limited biometric templates. TimeLOG Web recorded attendance centrally for the full employee population, allowing device-level template allocation per site and reducing the need for multiple software licences while maintaining a single source of truth for HR reporting.

Governance and rollout emphasized centralised reporting, site-level device assignment rules, and vendor-provided operational support to keep systems available for full-time manufacturing and office operations.
