Drymalla Construction | Construction and Real Estate | 200 | $100M | United States | Trimble | Trimble e-Builder | Project Portfolio Management | 2015 | n/a |
In 2015, Drymalla Construction deployed Trimble e-Builder as its Project Portfolio Management platform. The implementation centralized project delivery workflows across construction operations and capital programs for the mid sized contractor, consolidating processes that had previously been executed in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, and Adobe as well as through web based large format document hosting and bid communication software.
Trimble e-Builder was configured to provide core Project Portfolio Management capabilities including document management, submittal and RFI tracking, change order and contract administration, cost control and procurement workflow, and program level reporting and dashboards.
