In 2013, AECOM implemented UniPhi to centralise cost-plan capture and establish a global data warehouse and benchmarking capability for its Global Unite initiative. In 2018, Flender Corporation implemented UniPhi as a Project Portfolio Management application to digitalise workshop operations and job scheduling at its Rockhampton workshop. The initiative began as a single-site deployment in 2018 and scaled incrementally, and by 2023 UniPhi supported four sites nationally to extend standardized workshop control and job management across the Australian operation.

In 2025, Macquarie University implemented UniPhi as its core project controls platform to centralise capital works project and portfolio governance, cashflow forecasting and reporting across its Sydney campus. The UniPhi deployment was delivered in partnership with Case Meallin Australia and positioned UniPhi as the university's Project Portfolio Management platform for its capital program.
Configuration focused on project controls and portfolio governance modules, integrating cashflow forecasting workflows and a unified reporting engine to standardise outputs and dashboards for program and stakeholder visibility. Implementation work included configuration of role based access controls, portfolio dashboards, stage gate governance workflows and reporting templates to align project level data with portfolio oversight.
Rollout covered the university capital program on the Sydney campus and realigned governance processes to enforce consistent reporting, approvals and oversight across projects.
