Cushman and Wakefield Australia Construction and Real Estate 2100 $336M Australia uTRAC uTRAC Workforce Management Workforce Management 2017 n/a
In 2017 Cushman and Wakefield Australia implemented uTRAC Workforce Management to centralize facilities workforce coordination and service delivery across its Australian property portfolio. uTRAC Workforce Management was deployed to support Facilities Management, workplace operations, security, contractor engagement and the program to transition 1300 staff to agile working environments. The deployment was configured to manage end to end maintenance management workflows including defects, tendered works, inspections, repairs, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, CCTV and security systems, along with planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance processes. The system footprint also covered tenancy critical areas such as UPS units, an IROC 24 7 operations area and server room oversight, plus operational modules for internal and external service desk handling, mailroom and cleaning coordination, security access card issuance, contractor management, capital works and project scoping. uTRAC Workforce Management was operated alongside a set of enterprise tools, with integrations recorded to JDE, Converga, Focus, BMS, CREMS and Serraview for workspace planning. These connections supported finance and budget management workflows in JDE, service desk and ticket routing through Converga and Focus, building systems telemetry via BMS and CREMS, and space planning alignment with Serraview, enabling a linked operational stack across facilities and workplace planning functions. Operational governance incorporated team performance management, staffing and appraisal workflows, KPI tracking and close out procedures, vendor engagement and quote approvals, and formal reporting of OH&S incidents. The configuration supported Facilities Workplace Manager responsibilities for coaching and service culture leadership, and met stated operational KPIs and agreed task time frames for closure.
