In 2021 E.ON implemented Vertec ERP via a Vertec Cloud deployment as an ERP Financial solution to centralize staffing, performance capture, project billing and travel-expense processing for approximately 100 consultants in Germany. The Vertec Cloud go live occurred in spring 2021 and the rollout was executed by E.ON Inhouse Consulting.

In 2011 ELCA Informatique selected Vertec ERP as its consolidated ERP Financial system. The decision established Vertec ERP as the central platform for capturing project performance, detailed project controlling, resource planning and invoicing across ELCA operations in Europe and Asia.

ELCA executed a five-month rollout after the 2011 selection, achieving an early 2012 go-live, and reporting improvements in unified project accounting and faster financial closes. Vertec ERP was positioned as the single system of record for project financials and invoicing across the company’s regional operations.

In 2000, Walder Wyss implemented Vertec ERP to manage mandate and time recording across its Swiss law firm operations. The Vertec ERP deployment, classified as ERP Financial, centralized time capture and introduced automated billing workflows to align fee-earner activity with firm billing processes.
Implementation centered on mandate and time recording capabilities, an automated billing engine, and built-in reporting and benchmarking functionality. Walder Wyss added the integrated Vertec CRM in 2012, extending the Vertec ERP footprint to include marketing and sales integration and expanded reporting capabilities. The combined Vertec ERP and Vertec CRM environment supported legal, finance and commercial functions across the firm’s Swiss operations without reference to external system integrations in the sourced case study.
Governance emphasis focused on standardizing mandate billing workflows and instituting firm level reporting and benchmarking routines to improve consistency in fee management. Rollout occurred in phases, with core mandate and billing functionality adopted in 2000 and CRM capabilities layered in 2012 to broaden operational reporting and client engagement visibility.
