Governance for the program was centralized under the Global HR Processes & Systems Manager who maintained responsibility for global HR processes and systems and served as project lead for the Core HR global implementation. Rollout followed a phased country approach, aligning Core HR stabilization in 24 countries before prioritizing payroll and time management deployments in the identified 8 country cluster. | |
