Process changes emphasized standardized selection and incorporation procedures, systemized documentation ownership, and roster publication control through Meta4 HR.
Primark Spain Retail 5000 $900M Spain Oracle Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial 2017 Version 1 In 2017 Primark Spain engaged Version 1 to implement Oracle E-Business Suite Financials to support its expansion across Europe and the US. The engagement delivered Oracle E-Business Suite as the core ERP Financial platform to provide a scalable and robust financial system for a retailer operating multiple departments and global locations. Implementation focused on core financial modules common to ERP Financial deployments, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and cash management, with configuration for multi-currency and multi-entity consolidation to reflect Primark’s retail operating model. The Oracle E-Business Suite Financials deployment was structured for end-to-end delivery, emphasizing regulatory compliance, chart of accounts harmonization and financial close workflows. Configuration accommodated departmental complexity and store-level financial control while enabling centralized financial reporting. Version 1 was selected through an open tender based on technical expertise, retail domain knowledge and the ability to mobilise an experienced implementation team quickly to meet business driven deadlines, and acted as the system integrator for the project. Governance emphasized project mobilization, phased rollout across sites and alignment of financial processes to the new ERP Financial platform. The solution supports Primark’s ongoing store expansion by providing a standardized financial backbone across regions.
