Posti Group Professional Services 48 $1.9B Finland Infor Infor CloudSuite Workforce Management (WFM) Workforce Management 2020 n/a In 2020, Posti Group began migration to Infor CloudSuite Workforce Management (WFM) to modernize Workforce Management for its Finland operations. The initiative targeted more than 22,000 employees and expanded coverage to five additional employee groups, establishing Infor CloudSuite Workforce Management (WFM) as the central Workforce Management platform for scheduling and timekeeping. The implementation retained and extended core modules for scheduling, fully automated time and attendance, and complex payroll rule handling, including support for more than 20 collective and local agreements. Additional functional capabilities configured in the cloud include mobile based employee self service for shift timings, leave requests and shift swapping, geo fencing, and new management tools to improve staff coverage during holiday seasons. Operationally the application continues to support sorting, transportation and delivery operations while enabling integration with other Posti systems to streamline workforce orchestration. The cloud deployment introduced mobile access and seamless upgrade paths, preserving the existing Infor WFM functional footprint while shifting to a cloud operational model. Governance and process changes emphasized standardized shift planning, strengthened compliance controls to meet Finland specific employee and holiday entitlement programs and union rules, and empowered local managers with visibility and tools to rebalance coverage. The rollout focused on embedding workforce governance into daily operations to ensure correct payment and consistent rule enforcement across employee groups. Posti expected explicit outcomes from the migration including a simplified shift planning process, improved user experience through mobile access, decreased running costs and the ability to perform seamless upgrades. These outcomes were presented as enabling greater flexibility for employees to adapt to changing operational demands while maintaining payroll and compliance integrity.
