Integration work connected the ConnX environment to the organisation payroll system so information could be shared and redundant data entry eliminated, reducing enquiries to payroll. Operational coverage encompassed HR teams, managers and staff across sites in New South Wales and the ACT, giving employees direct access to training and HR forms at their fingertips. Governance and rollout combined vendor delivered configuration with focused communication and one on one training by ConnX consultants to drive adoption and operational ownership by managers and HR. Outcomes recorded by the organisation included drastically reduced payroll enquiries, faster delivery of information to HR, improved accountability through automated approvals and reminders, and time and cost savings that exceeded expectations.
