Resideo Manufacturing 14000 $6.2B United States Conexiom Conexiom Sales Order Automation Order Management 2019 n/a In 2019, Resideo implemented Conexiom Sales Order Automation as a targeted solution within its Order Management environment. The Conexiom Sales Order Automation deployment focused on automating order intake and sales order creation using OCR to reduce manual entry and standardize inbound order processing workflows. Conexiom Sales Order Automation was configured to ingest electronic and scanned purchase orders, extract line level order data with OCR, and populate SAP sales order transactions in the Sales and Distribution area. Functional capabilities implemented included data mapping to SAP master records, automated exception handling and routing for manual review, and rule based transformation to align inbound order formats with internal catalog and pricing structures. The implementation was delivered as part of a broader SAP integration program led by an internal Sr. ERP Project Manager during the company separation from Honeywell, and it operated alongside other SAP connected components including Vertex cloud tax, a cloud transportation management system, SRM/EBP, Ivalua, and contract systems Icertis and Ironclad. Operational scope covered sales and distribution order capture, coordination with procurement related GR/IR and billing processes, and integration into the Resideo.com commerce and POS automation landscape, with governance oriented on centralized order validation and exception workflows to align order capture with SAP controls.
