Governance and process changes were embedded into workflow routing to coordinate approval of Contract Strategy and Procurement Plans, bidders lists and contract awards through the Procurement Council and partner approvals where appropriate. The program also codified roles for liaison between company clients, contractors and service groups, formalized claims handling procedures, and aimed to drive improvement of P2P processes and KPIs using ePayables integration.
