The project extended Unica capabilities with specific routing management modules for campaign flows, produced functional specifications to guide development and operations, and established an MCO support regime for analysis and resolution of anomalies and incidents. On the BI and integration side the engagement designed and implemented data integration flows using Informatica and Oracle Data Integrator, with Oracle 11g used for data modeling and preparation for reporting. Reporting architecture incorporated IBM Cognos 10, including Framework Manager modeling and Report Studio report development, plus a Cognos based reporting site to measure campaign performance. The technical stack included Unix korn shell scripting and Java components to orchestrate processing and technical sessions. Operational coverage centered on marketing and CRM teams, combining campaign orchestration in HCL Unica Campaign with centralized reporting and ongoing support processes. Governance activities focused on functional specification sign off, change control for campaign routing modules, and incident management through the MCO support model implemented by Umanis.
