The initial deployment targeted management and stewardship of approximately 6,300 employees across 34 countries, centralizing HR data aligned to IMI Group corporate data standards and importing employee records into CIPHR HR for the defined population. Configuration work focused on Core HR modules and data model alignment, including review and configuration of data standards, module settings, and security profiles to enforce access requirements by country. CIPHR HR was configured to produce operational reports for headcount, starters, leavers, KPIs, turnover and length of service, and reference and process guidance was developed to standardize local HR procedures. Integrations were led with the IMI Group corporate e-learning platform to support L&D workflows, and with Active Directory to synchronize employee identity and attribute data with IT systems, ensuring consistent employee data across HR and infrastructure layers. The program designated a single point of contact for system service providers and acted as liaison for CIPHR Managed Services to coordinate ongoing support and integration maintenance. Operational rollout included training local HR teams in 34 countries on system usage and ongoing data maintenance, and governance controls were put in place to sustain HR data integrity globally across CIPHR HR, the e-learning platform and Active Directory. The implementation emphasized structured ownership of data quality, security profile management, and configured reporting to meet group review requirements for workforce metrics.
