Program governance included business workshops and playbacks, fit gap analysis, and documentation of a combined Business Blueprint and Configuration Workbook for review and signoff. A test strategy and data migration plan were devised, functional specifications were produced, and execution was managed with developers and integration leads while engaging stakeholders across levels to operationalize SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) within Arm Holdings.
