The deployment emphasized integrated data flows between Oracle Cloud HCM and the concurrently implemented Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud SCM components to ensure consistent master data and cross-functional alignment between HR and finance supply chain processes. Governance workstream activity included standardizing HR processes and establishing a common configuration baseline across the three entities, defining role based access and tenant configuration patterns for the group, and sequencing cutover to align HCM go lives with the parallel ERP and SCM rollouts. Profource acted as the implementation partner and implemented the payroll connectivity using Oracle Global Payroll Interface, enabling direct payroll processing with ADP. The project covers HR and payroll functions across multiple countries, supports about 300 named users, and is described as an ongoing program of work to stabilize and extend multinational HCM processes. Governance and process restructuring centered on merging disparate HCM rules into a single Oracle Cloud HCM instance, standardizing data flows and the payroll handoff. Profource’s integration of the Global Payroll Interface enabled Van Hessen to perform payroll processing efficiently and easily with ADP, and Oracle Cloud HCM remains the centralized Core HR platform for the company. | |
