Data consolidation work included migrating payroll and HR data out of ADP and time and attendance data out of UKG Workforce Central, aligning those feeds into a single Ceridian Dayforce HRIS instance. Operational coverage targeted HR and payroll teams and the broader operational workforce, establishing a single source of truth for employee records and time capture within the manufacturing environment. Governance and rollout followed a multiquarter program of record build and support, with documented configuration ownership for entitlements, pay and punch, and attendance processes. Work conducted at the Southfield, MI site between September 2017 and December 2019 included employee record development and maintenance and served as the operational runbook for ongoing configuration and support. The project outcome explicitly recorded a successful conversion from ADP and Kronos to Ceridian Dayforce HRIS within the allotted budget and timeframe, and the environment continues to be maintained for entitlement, pay and punch, and attendance configuration and support.
Decathlon Australia Retail 350 $70M Australia Humanforce Humanforce Ento Workforce Management Workforce Management 2020 n/a In 2020 Decathlon Australia implemented Humanforce Ento Workforce Management as its Workforce Management solution across a pilot of five NSW and Victoria stores covering approximately 350 employees. The initiative was led from the HR and payroll function with direct project management oversight to deliver rostering and timekeeping capabilities into retail store operations. Governance and rollout followed a structured program approach, including requirements analysis across five vendor candidates, employee feedback and demonstration sessions, contract negotiation and staged implementation to five stores. Change activities included training and coaching of store leaders, oversight of attendance and roster adoption, and updates to payroll and HR policies and procedures to align with the new system. Deliverables explicitly documented include project management and delivery of the ENTO rostering and workforce management tool to the five-store pilot, coordinated employee feedback sessions, and established integration points for payroll processing. The implementation centralized roster and T&A operations under Humanforce Ento Workforce Management and established governance processes for ongoing HR and payroll administration.
