Verint Workforce Optimization was configured to support agent desktop workflows, workforce automation and consolidated operational reporting across contact centre functions. Architecturally the solution was deployed into a hybrid infrastructure model that combined on premise and 3rd party Hosted components, leveraging group datacentres and SD WAN connectivity to unify distributed contact centre sites. Integration points explicitly included Avaya Aura for telephony and interaction capture, and design work on Group identities and connectivity to deliver shared corporate services and secure access to the Verint platform. Governance and operational ownership were driven by the Group Head of Infrastructure under CIO oversight, with formal standardisation of process and tooling to support the shared service centre target operating model. The contact centre rollout included PCI compliance as part of the Verint Workforce Optimization and Avaya Aura refresh, and the program emphasized centralized scheduling governance, quality assurance workflows and operational controls.
