The project linked the LMS to the central HR file to create unified learning profiles and to streamline assignment of mandatory and role-based training. Governance and rollout were led internally by Jenny English, Change Business Partner, and Cathy Horn, Learning and Development Manager, who managed adoption and training. Employee feedback was reported as extremely positive, with staff embracing the new way of learning and the LMS described as interactive, engaging and easy to navigate. | |
