ACH Group | Non Profit | 1700 | $200M | Australia | Ascender | Ascender Preceda | Core HR | 2018 | n/a | In 2018, ACH Group implemented Ascender Preceda in the Core HR category to centralize HR and learning workflows across the organisation. The deployment included Ascender HCM’s Learning and Development platform, delivered as an integrated learning management system to support staff training and competency tracking. The Ascender Preceda configuration emphasized core HR capabilities including employee master data management and position and role management, together with a configurable Learning and Development module. The LMS was set up for interactive course delivery, self-service enrollment, and completion tracking to align learning activities with employee records and role requirements. Operational coverage focused on HR and Learning and Development functions across ACH Group in Australia, with the implementation intended for use by staff across the organisation. The project linked the LMS to the central HR file to create unified learning profiles and to streamline assignment of mandatory and role-based training. Governance and rollout were led internally by Jenny English, Change Business Partner, and Cathy Horn, Learning and Development Manager, who managed adoption and training. Employee feedback was reported as extremely positive, with staff embracing the new way of learning and the LMS described as interactive, engaging and easy to navigate. | |
