Rollout and governance leveraged the HR teams prior HRIS migration experience from ADP to Global HR following an acquisition, informing configuration standards and audit workflows for Viewpoint Vista HCM. Governance centered on HR coordinator and manager ownership of reporting, benefits audit processes and onboarding procedures, with the system orchestrating routine HR transactions and operational reporting.
