The implementation followed a structured project lifecycle, with a dedicated project lead and team executing requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and cutover activities to bring Aurion Core HR into production for council HR processes. Governance and process changes were driven by the project lead and People team, formalizing HRIS ownership, data stewardship, and reporting governance within Aurion Core HR. The documented outcomes reported by project stakeholders included streamlined HR operations, enhanced data accuracy, and improved operational efficiency in core HR and payroll workflows. | |
