Governance centered on formalizing personnel record keeping procedures, enforcing federal and Department of Mental Health policies, and instituting routine reviews for disciplinary matters, EEO reporting, vacancy monitoring, and transaction accuracy. Day to day responsibilities for personnel officers included screening applications, maintaining personnel databases, executing payroll transactions in NEOGOV SPAHRS, and supporting recruitment and employee relations workflows. | |
