The technical architecture ran on Oracle RDBMS 12c on 64 bit Linux and leveraged Oracle Fusion Middleware toolsets including J Developer, J2EE, BPEL, BAM and BPM for integrations and orchestration, together with Oracle Developer tools and Oracle Business Intelligence for analytics. Operational practices included scheduled disaster recovery testing, system administration and technical support workflows using Toad and SQL Star Plus, and collaboration with a centralized Oracle support team for service request escalation and resolution. Governance and rollout responsibilities emphasized technical and functional support, change management, SOX control completion and end user acceptance testing coordination. The program formalized application level documentation, customizations maintenance and system analysis for major projects, with Lead Systems Specialists providing ongoing administration, troubleshooting and design to support business users across the partnerships operations. | |
