Brandweer Flevoland used Centric Pims/Motion Pro from Centric alongside Centric Motion eHRM, and a FLO specialist supported system configuration and report authoring. Operational ownership remained with internal HR and payroll teams who independently take care of complete payroll administration and create reports in Cognos and Excel, reflecting an in-house governance model.
