Operational integrations and coordination points were explicit in day to day use, including coordination with the IT team for email id creation and access provisioning, the Admin team for visiting cards and stationery, a verification agency for background checks, and HDFC bank for salary account opening and account linking in the HRMS. Statutory payroll interactions were managed through processes for ESIC and PF, including generation of ESIC temporary certificates, PF number follow up and PF transfer and settlement activities, plus maintenance of challans for returns filing. Governance and process controls centered on monthly HRMS data audits, tracked master updates for reporting lines cost centers designations and grades, a confirmation process driven by HRBP assessment forms, and standardized exit and document handover procedures for employees joining outside Mumbai. Document verification, onboarding kit distribution and issuance of letters such as confirmation relieving experience and full and final settlement communications were instrumented through ZingHR HCM workflows. | |
