The system also supported audits of payrolls, benefits and other HR programs, and it provided the source data for workers compensation filings and verification of employment documentation. Operational scope included Human Resources, Payroll, Safety, Recruiting for Warehouse and Sales roles, and Finance functions that produced accounting reports. Governance and process work included routine audits, coordination of public safety meetings and health benefits reviews, and HR led research projects related to terminated and active employee records. Jam Industries Ltd maintained high quality customer service handling confidential employee and managerial requests while using UKG NOVAtime Workforce Management to feed payroll, benefits audits and company accounting reports including monthly accounts receivable billing data of approximately $50,000.
