Alert Logic Professional Services 500 $100M United States Zuora Zuora Billing Subscription and Recurring Billing 2014 n/a In 2014 Alert Logic redeployed Zuora Billing to strengthen its Subscription and Recurring Billing capabilities and improve product pricing flexibility across the portfolio. The Zuora Billing implementation was executed alongside a program of contract negotiation and ongoing contract management for core delivery applications, including the company CRM Salesforce, to align commercial terms with billing controls. Configuration work centered on subscription product catalog management, rate plan and pricing configuration, and recurring invoicing rules consistent with Subscription and Recurring Billing best practices. The deployment emphasized billing operations and contract-aware invoice generation to support diverse pricing structures across Alert Logic offerings. Operational scope covered Sales and Finance functions, and the Zuora Billing work was coordinated with a redesigned sales workflow that Sales leadership planned and deployed to reduce friction in order capture and to prepare for subsequent customer onboarding automation. Governance consolidated contract ownership and application negotiation responsibilities under the same team managing ongoing system changes. The initiative positioned Zuora Billing as the central system for subscription billing and pricing configuration while creating the procedural foundation for further automation across the subscription lifecycle. The effort focused on system configuration, process alignment, and governance rather than on named third party integrations.
