Governance and process changes included manager training programs, standardized interview templates and workflows, and the establishment of an electronic file governance model. Outcomes recorded during the rollout included a shift to a fully electronic HR department, an 85% reduction in I9 violations after targeted training, and a reduction in time-to-hire to 1.5 weeks. | |
