Operational integrations and data flows were established between Zellis HCM Cloud components such as ResourceLink and MyView and the organisation’s learning platforms including iLearn and Insight, with regular data imports into the Training and Competence platform to maintain data integrity. The solution served as the authoritative source for personnel and training information and fed MI used by HR Shared Services and L&D for attendance tracking, qualification governance and ad-hoc analysis. Governance centered on close collaboration between HR Shared Services, HR Business Partners and HR systems administrators, with the HR Systems Coordinator providing first line support, process ownership and upskilling for internal users. Project management of HR system processes, ongoing structural maintenance, and stakeholder challenge for adherence to process were formalized, aligning system configuration with operational procedures and quality controls. | |
